Helios Towers in Paris is seeking an Engineering Delivery, Quality & Asset Readiness Lead to drive delivery excellence across telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring asset readiness and rigorous quality assurance.

You will define engineering standards, oversee readiness and acceptance, and manage audits, compliance and risk mitigation while leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives in connected growth markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in telecom engineering delivery.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and asset lifecycle management.
• Leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
