About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Governance and Compliance Specialist to support and optimise how we manage our tech. You'll apply your analytical skills to improve our tech capabilities while managing compliance and risk.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying potential gaps in policies, processes, risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance by thoroughly investigating supporting evidence
• Overseeing technology governance, including elaboration and maintenance of terms of reference, policies, and procedures
• Managing committees, including planning, agenda, and minutes
• Assisting with internal and external technology audits by collecting and providing relevant data and information to regulators
• Contributing to our overall technology strategy
• Preparing data and other materials for reporting to forums, committees, management bodies, and regulators

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries
• Excellent writing skills
• Impeccable communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fundamental knowledge of technology governance
• Knowledge of the banking regulatory landscape
