Trane Technologies plc is seeking a field-based HVAC technician to join our team. You will perform on-site startups, maintenance, and repairs of climate control machines and accessories at customer locations, with responsibilities including reporting, site inspections, and coordinating with sales for service opportunities.

The role requires knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC applications, electricity, and hydraulic/air networks, plus a relevant degree and a category 1 refrigerant handling

Formación

• Passionate about HVAC and joining a manufacturer.
• Good knowledge in refrigeration, HVAC applications, electricity and hydraulic/air networks.
• Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Energy or HVAC.
• Holder of the refrigerants handling certificate - category 1.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomous, responsible and organized.
• Willing to travel and be on-call (1 week in 6 or 8).

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site start-ups.
• Maintenance or repair of machines and accessories.
• Carrying out adaptations and repairs in workshop.
• Record maintenance status and follow-up.
• Prepare, receive and inspect equipment for shipment or return to site.
• Deploy/redeploy, maintain and troubleshoot machines on client sites.
• Follow HSE rules of the company and client sites.
• Write an intervention report, present it and discuss improvements, then have it signed by the client.
• Report all site information to sales to propose products or services.
• Supervise subcontractor team and train them on site if needed.

Missions sont les suivantes :

• Procéder aux mises en services
• Réaliser la maintenance ou la réparation de machines et des accessoires
• Réaliser les adaptations et révisions des machines en atelier
• Renseigner l’état et le suivi de la maintenance ou la réparation des machines
• Préparer, réceptionner et contrôler le matériel pour expédition ou retour chantier
• Déployer/replier, maintenir et dépanner les machines présentes sur les sites clients
• Respecter les règles HSE de l’entreprise et des clients (audits / signalement de situations dangereuses, participer aux plans de prévention)
• Rédiger un rapport d’intervention, le présenter et développer les points d’amélioration possibles puis le faire signer par le client
• Remonter toutes les informations en rapport avec les chantiers ainsi que celles utiles aux commerciaux afin qu’ils puissent proposer des offres de produits ou de services
• Accompagner une équipe de sous-traitant et assurer leur formation (si besoin sur le site)

Votre profil :

• Femme ou homme de terrain
• vous êtes passionné(e) par le génie climatique et souhaitez rejoindre un constructeur
• Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine du froid, de la gestion des applications de climatisation, de l’électricité et des réseaux hydrauliques et aérauliques
• Vous êtes diplômé(e) en Froid et Climatisation, Energie ou Génie climatique
• Vous êtes titulaire de l’attestation d'aptitude à la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes - catégorie 1
• Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et d'un esprit d'analyse, vous êtes autonome, responsable et organisé(e)
• Vous êtes ouvert(e) à un poste itinérant et astreintes (1 semaine sur 6 ou 8)
