MSX International est un leader mondial dans l’automobile et la mobilité. Nous recherchons un Technicien Diagnostic expérimenté pour intervenir depuis nos bureaux et à distance auprès d’un réseau de workshops en Île-de-France, en commençant dès maintenant.

Vous analyserez les pannes mécaniques, électriques et EV, et fournirez des solutions techniques précises. Vous utiliserez des outils OEM et du matériel de test, et vous mentorerez des techniciens sur site et à distance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an automotive dealership or workshop environment as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics.
• Proven experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs) and high-voltage systems.
• Valid High-Voltage Electrical Certification (HV certification).
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
• A strong coach and mentor, comfortable providing guidance and technical support to technicians remotely.

Responsabilités

• Handle technical support requests from workshops and repair facilities via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Perform remote diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and high-voltage vehicle issues.
• Support field technicians in fault-finding activities and repair procedures.
• Analyze diagnostic data and test results from measurement tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Provide clear and effective technical recommendations to resolve complex cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical experts on critical and escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes.
