Job summary

Quickparts is seeking a detail‑oriented Technicien Expéditions to coordinate and execute packaging, documentation, traceability, and shipments of company products. You will ensure parts are inspected, packaged, and shipped in accordance with procedures and export regulations.

You will own the shipping process, manage multiple shipments, and drive accurate, compliant, and timely deliveries across internal teams and project managers. A high school diploma and 3+ years in shipping are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Familiarity with export controls and international shipping regulations.
• Knowledge of product traceability and documentation control.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools for dimensional inspection.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and shipping software.
• Ability to lift/move packages and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; CAD knowledge and supervisory experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package parts per procedures and customer requirements, building fixtures when needed.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections prior to packaging.
• Prepare all shipping documents: packing slips, inspection docs, labels, work orders, bills of lading.
• Process and track shipments using shipping software and carrier systems.
• Ensure traceability of shipped products by part/serial/lot numbers.
• Verify export documents before releasing goods.
• Manage warehouse inventory related to shipping activities.
• Respond to inquiries and provide logistics support to internal teams.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and maintain a safe/workful environment.

Quickparts is hiring a Technicien Expéditions to coordinate and perform all activities related to the packaging, documentation, traceability, and shipment of company products. You will ensure that parts are properly inspected, packaged, documented, and shipped in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable export regulations.

You will own the shipping process, manage multiple shipping activities simultaneously, and be the driving force behind accurate, compliant, and timely deliveries.

Our Shipping and Logistics function is critical to customer satisfaction, product traceability, and regulatory compliance. As a Shipping and Logistics Operator, you will:

• Ensure shipments comply with export control and international regulations
• Execute hands‑on packaging, routing, and order processing
• Guarantee full product traceability and documentation accuracy
• Serve as a vital link between production schedules and customer deadlines
• Oversee shipping activities and ensure daily productivity targets are met

What You’ll Do

• Package parts according to internal procedures and customer‑specific requirements, including building custom shipping fixtures when required
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts prior to packaging to verify compliance with specifications
• Prepare and complete all required shipping documentation including packing slips, inspection documents, shipping labels, work orders, and bills of lading
• Process, track, verify, and route shipments using company shipping software and carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
• Ensure full traceability of shipped products, including part numbers, serial numbers, lot numbers, and related documentation
• Ensure shipments comply with export control regulations and verify export documentation prior to the release of goods
• Manage warehouse inventory related to shipping activities, monitor supplies, and order packaging materials
• Respond to inquiries and provide shipping and logistics support to project managers, sales managers, and other internal teams
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities, support shipping personnel, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with shipping carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, or similar)
• Familiarity with export control procedures and international shipping regulations
• Knowledge of product traceability requirements and documentation control
• Ability to use basic measuring tools for dimensional inspection
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and shipping software systems
• Ability to lift and move packages, and stand/move within warehouse areas for extended periods
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, basic 2D/3D CAD knowledge, and previous supervisory experience are a plus
