Rehlko recherche un technicien(ne) itinérant(e) de service pour assurer la maintenance, l'installation et la réparation des équipements. Basé au centre de Méry-sur-Oise, vous couvrirez les départements locaux.

Vous effectuez les visites préventives et correctives, conseillez les clients sur l'utilisation et l'entretien des produits, et réalisez des mises en service ainsi que des travaux d'automatisation. Déplacements et astreinte font partie du poste.

Qualifications

• Profil orienté service client et bonne relation client.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels.
• Connaissance du secteur des groupes électrogènes serait un atout.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser les visites d'entretien préventif et curatif.
• Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation et le maintien des produits.
• Réaliser des travaux de rénovation électrique et/ou mécanique.
• Régler et mettre au point des installations.
• Effectuer des mises en service et démarrage.
• Participer au développement de systèmes d'automatisation et de régulation.
• Intervenir et dépanner les clients dans le cadre d'astreintes.
• Rédiger les rapports d'intervention et coordonner avec les équipes Rehlko Services.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at Méry-sur-Oise service center, you will cover the following departments: 60/27/95/78/95/93/92/78 .

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.
• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.
• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.
• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.
• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.
• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).
• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Rehlko generator sets provide reliable standalone power solutions across a wide range of industries, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Water and Waste Treatment, Transportation, and more.

Profile

• Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Comfortable using IT tools and software.
• Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.
