Kohler (Rehlko) recherche un technicien itinérant pour la maintenance, l’installation et la réparation de nos équipements. Basé au centre de Mery-sur-Oise, vous couvrirez les départements indiqués et serez le contact principal des clients, assurant un service de qualité et le respect des délais avec une forte autonomie.

Le poste implique des visites sur sites variés, des missions de mise en service et des actions d’assistance technique, avec des opportunités d’évolution dans un environnement

Qualifications

• Souhaitable d’être diplômé en électrotechnique ou génie électrique.
• Bonne orientation service client et relation client.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels.
• Connaissance éventuelle du secteur des groupes électrogènes est un atout.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer des visites de maintenance préventive et corrective sur l’installation.
• Conseiller les clients sur l’utilisation et l’entretien des équipements.
• Réaliser des travaux de rénovation électriques et/ou mécaniques.
• Régler et mettre au point des installations et des mises en service.
• Contribuer au développement des systèmes d’automatisation et de régulation.
• Intervenir en astreinte et dépanner les clients en cas de besoin.
• Rapporter les interventions et coordonner avec les équipes techniques et commerciales.

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to carry out the maintenance, installation, and repair of our equipment. Based at Mery sur Oise service center, you will cover the following departments: 60/27/95/78/95/93/92/78 .

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service while meeting company standards and deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of customer sites, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in customer satisfaction.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance visits on our installed equipment fleet.


• Advising customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.


• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical refurbishment work.


• Adjusting, testing, and commissioning equipment installations.


• Performing start-up and commissioning activities.


• Contributing to the development of automation and control systems.


• Providing troubleshooting and emergency support to customers as part of an on-call rotation (on average, one week every six weeks).


• Reporting intervention activities and coordinating with Rehlko Services teams, including internal reporting, sales, and technical support.

Rehlko generator sets provide reliable standalone power solutions across a wide range of industries, including Data Centers, Healthcare, Agriculture, Construction, Mining, Water and Waste Treatment, Transportation, and more.

Profile

Ideally, a qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the fields of electrical engineering and/or mechanical maintenance.


• Strong customer service orientation.


• Enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships.


• Comfortable using IT tools and software.


• Knowledge of the generator set industry would be an advantage.
