This role includes structured documentation using DITA, embracing new technologies, and collaborating within a multicultural team. Missions

• Master Structured Content: You’ll work extensively with structured writing in DITA to create precise, modular, and highly maintainable documentation.
• Embrace AI‑Powered Efficiency: We use semi‑automated AI translation workflows. You’ll also be part of our transition to implement Positron AI to automate targeted, repetitive tasks, freeing you up for higher‑value writing.
• Own the Publishing Process: You’ll publish content directly to our documentation website, which is built on the LumApps platform—giving you a direct view of the user experience.
• Champion Best Practices: Collaborate with a multicultural team of experts who are passionate about minimalist writing and industry best practices to ensure our documentation is clear, effective, and user‑focused.
• Drive Company Growth: Participate in the expansion of LumApps and our fusion with Beekeeper in a future‑proof group, contributing to a truly global and unified digital workplace solution.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally working with DITA or other structured authoring systems.
• A mindset that embraces new technologies, automation, and efficiency.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality, user‑centric documentation.
