We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in the Dental CAD / CAM industry . This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience with dental CAD / CAM systems, software, and equipment, and are passionate about supporting customers with technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for CAD / CAM systems, including CAM software (Millbox, WorkNC, Hyperdent), CNC, milling machines, and metal laser sintering 3D printers used in dental labs and clinics
  • Train clients on the use and optimization of dental CAD / CAM workflows
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve product reliability
  • Maintain documentation of support cases, solutions, and training materials
  • Act as a technical advisor to sales teams during pre- and post-sales activities
  • Stay current with the latest developments in digital dentistry and CAD / CAM technology
Requirements
  • Experience in the dental CAD / CAM industry, ideally in a technical support, engineering, or application specialist role
