Your new role :

If you pursue excellence, QuidelOrtho is the right place for your career. We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will provide remote technical support in diagnostics and medical laboratory products, assisting customers via email and phone.

What you'll be doing:

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer complaints regarding chemistry, equipment, and software following internal and customer requirements.
• Participate in on-call support.
• Maintain technical competence and knowledge of company procedures and customer service skills.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or via call.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

• Background as a medical laboratory technologist, biomedical, or in life sciences, with some customer management or laboratory experience.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Computer networking skills are a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and Spanish; English is desirable.

This position does not currently support visa or work permits.
