Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in France is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage sourcing and purchasing of technical goods and services for engineering and manufacturing operations. You will ensure timely delivery of quality materials to meet project deadlines and uphold SLAs.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and Quality to qualify suppliers, manage audits, and drive savings while maintaining data integrity and traceability. Fluent in English and French preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical procurement within manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience with Quality Agreements, supplier audits and change control.
• Experience buying for regulated pharma environment with GMP/GxP knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase technical goods and services per requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews and optimize TCO.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure specs and traceability.
• Qualify suppliers with Quality Department and support audits.
• Monitor inventory, lifecycle, obsolescence risk, and development of alternates.
• Deliver client contractual savings and ensure KPI/SLA targets.
