Job summary

Strativ Group in Paris is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional engineering and product development projects across hardware, software, electronics, manufacturing, and operations.

You will work with engineering, production, leadership, suppliers and partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards; manage plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications; support prototype through serial production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software in a complex environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/hardware/software engineering processes.
• Experience in a hyper-fast paced environment with rapid product updates (every 1-2 years).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (consumer electronics).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate activities between software, electronics, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Drive execution and remove blockers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support product development programs from prototype through serial production.
• Coordinate testing, validation, certification, and deployment activities.
• Manage external suppliers, development partners, and subcontractors where required.
• Establish and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting structures.
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.
