CEVA Logistics in Courbevoie (Île-de-France) is seeking a Technical Manager / Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical projects across France. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Finance to define specifications and manage tender processes.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Engineering and 5–10 years in technical project management, construction or real estate.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering.
5–10 years in technical project management, construction or real estate.
Fluent in French and English.
Ability to travel within France and work in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

Define, structure, and formalize technical specifications and scopes of work across domains.
Lead and coordinate tender processes with Procurement and contractors.
Manage technical aspects from design to delivery: feasibility studies, design review, permits.
Act as PM during execution: planning, budgeting, risk and coordination.
Oversee on-site construction/renovation, ensure quality and budgets.
Monitor maintenance programs and drive continuous technical improvement.
Drive energy efficiency and sustainability projects.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
