Technical Project Leader - High-Speed Train Systems

Could you be the full-time Technical Project Leader - High-Speed Train Systems in La Rochelle we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and innovative expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll have a significant impact on the development of our TGV projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering and project teams (such as electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers), validate development plans, manage interfaces, and support industrial teams during the initial train assembly, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of validating development plans, managing subsystem interfaces, and ensuring the quality of schematics and software, but also supporting the validation zone during testing phases.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Validating the application of development, configuration, validation, and management plans.
  • Ensuring software quality requirements are met and coordinating team responsibilities.
  • Supervising the quality of schematics, equipment, and software.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of design reviews and verifications.
  • Delivering engineering results, such as specifications, functional design descriptions, and electrical schematics, in line with commitments.
  • Managing interfaces and tracking subsystems (e.g., electrical components, PACIS, CCTV).
  • Maximizing standardization and leveraging previous project learnings.
  • Supporting industrial teams during the initial train assembly and validation zones during testing phases.
All about you
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Significant practical experience (at least 10 years) in designing and developing control systems (e.g., Control Build, Matlab/Simulink, Matrix or similar tools) and electrical schematics, ideally within the industry.
  • Knowledge of network topologies and communication interfaces.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
