Loft Orbital is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Customer Delivery in Toulouse to connect Loft’s product development to the customer value stream. You will own mission development plans, manage the customer offering portfolio, and work with CDEs to ensure capabilities and tooling are in place for mission execution.

The role requires 8+ years in technical program roles, 3+ years as an EPM/TPM in a product-driven tech company, and experience with satellite operations and external customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or Product-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM).
• Experience deploying products into production or operations, including release readiness and post-deployment quality.
• Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry, with knowledge of spacecraft systems or mission operations.
• Experience working with external customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional technical aptitude able to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers and translate them for customers and executives.
• Excellent communication skills across levels, with strong organization to manage multiple workstreams.
• Direct experience with satellite on-orbit operations, commissioning, or ground segment software.
• Technical leadership experience and history managing product portfolios, roadmaps, or plans of record.
• Experience with international customers and distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions, breaking work into packages and driving to completion against deadlines.
• Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio and identify deltas to upcoming mission needs.
• Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to ensure capabilities, plans, and tooling are in place.
• Represent operational and customer constraints in product planning and deploy new features to operations.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, provide progress updates, and align leadership and customers.
• Engage directly with customers up to executive level on scope, schedule, and capability tradeoffs.
• Continuously improve Customer Delivery processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
