Coinbase in Île-de-France, Les Ulis, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the GFCO Analytics Engineering team. You will own the roadmap and execution for data models, metrics, and dashboards powering Customer Experience and Compliance Operations.

You will coordinate with 15+ teams, prioritize work by impact and regulatory needs, and establish automated processes, testing, and documentation to ensure trusted, scalable data products and faster decisions.

• Experience distilling requests from 15+ cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to prioritize work by impact and regulatory urgency.
• Experience driving data model builds, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Ability to implement testing, monitoring, and data contracts.

Responsabilités

• Own CX Analytics Engineering roadmap and backlog.
• Lead cross-team program execution across data models, pipelines, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
• Automate project management processes to reduce coordination overhead.
