Job summary

Odaseva is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Paris to drive feature delivery within an Agile team. You will own the backlog, collaborate with the Tech Lead, and ensure end-to-end product health while delivering high-quality features.

You will translate business goals into epics and user stories, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute hands-on coding and prototypes when needed, all while bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, transitioning to Product Owner or TPM.
• Proven track record managing technical backlogs and delivering complex projects.
• Deep understanding of API design, system architecture, and OO programming.
• Ability to use AI tools across the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive delivery.
• Strong communication to translate between business and engineering.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery and product health, including planning, priorities, timelines, deployment, and post-release success.
• Act as the technical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and developers, participating in Agile ceremonies for alignment.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business roadmaps into epics and user stories.
• Own and maintain the sprint backlog with PMs, Tech Lead and infra teams balancing new features and technical debt.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal teams to triage production bugs and gather operational feedback.
• Contribute hands-on to code and prototypes across the polyglot stack.
• Collaborate with QA to define acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Done.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize Agile workflows and backlog health.
