Job summary

Odaseva, a leader in enterprise data management, is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive feature delivery within an Agile engineering team. You will own the backlog and act as the essential bridge between customer-facing Product Managers and developers, contributing to prototypes and code as needed.

Based in Paris, this full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and exposure to cloud platforms, API design, and data platform architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software industry with PO/TPM experience.
• Backlog ownership and delivering complex projects with impact on product performance.
• Deep understanding of API design, architecture and OO programming.
• Ability to use AI tools across the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong problem solving to anticipate bottlenecks and sequence work.
• Excellent communication translating business needs to technical teams.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery and product health, including deployment coordination and post-release success.
• Act as the technical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and developers in Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business roadmaps into epics and user stories.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the sprint backlog with cross-team collaboration.
• Serve as liaison for internal teams to triage production issues and collect feedback.
• Contribute hands-on to code and prototypes across polyglot stack.
• Collaborate with QA to define robust Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize Agile workflows and backlog health.
