Amadeus is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead Availability Computation and drive technical excellence across product groups. You will design, implement and optimize high-quality software that underpins the best offers and pricing in a complex travel ecosystem.

As a technical lead, you’ll mentor teams, shape engineering practices, and ensure scalable cloud infrastructure with reliable performance and security.

Qualifications

• C++ knowledge is key.
• Angular and Python are nice-to-haves.

Responsabilités

• Producing code of high quality with high efficiency.
• Lead complex feasibility studies, project planning, dependencies identification.
• Investigate, analyze and recommend root causes of complex software and system defects.
• Solve problems and troubleshoot in a timely manner with strong engagement.
• Foster monitorable and operable applications to improve infrastructure availability.
• Apply best practices for code quality and security through testing and reviews.
• Demonstrate cross-disciplinary knowledge (e.g., UI, networks).
