Nagarro is seeking a Technical Lead for an embedded squad focused on reusable AI agents across consumer touchpoints. You will shape technical architecture, agent orchestration, and integration across enterprise ecosystems, leading distributed teams in Paris with a hybrid onsite model.

You will collaborate with AI/ML and CV specialists, align with security, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and GCP constraints, and drive architecture decisions across Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
• Experience building and running productised GenAI services.

Job Description

Context & Mission

As the Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building with a set of reusable and interoperable AI agents spanning multiple consumer touchpoints (owned sites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer apps). You will drive technical architecture, agent orchestration, and seamless integration across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Navigate and leverage existing ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams, leveraging a strong AI/ML and computer vision culture to make the right architectural bets.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical constraints, including GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK/Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision (collaboration with Modiface).
• Strong background in building and running productised GenAI services.

Additional Information

Hybrid working model based in Paris (2-3days/week onsite).
