In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team in Lille or Paris, France.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical expert in implementation projects and continuous service, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage your own technical workstreams while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend and lead technical specification workshops, ensuring all technical tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Design and build integrations between our solutions and customer backend systems, working with large data sets.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and performance issues for customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and technical best practices.
• Align with your Team Lead regarding project progress, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and consultative approach.
• Experience working with programming, database, and query languages (e.g., SQL, REST API, Shell, Java, Ruby).
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Git, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in French and English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to achieve project goals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

What We Consider an Advantage

• Experience in retail, supply chain management, or enterprise software implementations.
• Additional language skills such as Italian, Spanish, or Arabic.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamental Certification and knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Previous experience in a client-facing technical role, managing system integrations or data transformations.
