• 3-4 years of experience in an insurance/reinsurance technical accounting department.
• Comfortable with data management in computer systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with rigor and proactivity.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all administrative, accounting, and financial operations for reinsurance portfolios.
• Monitor, verify, and account for reinsurance accounts received from cedants.
• Produce and transmit reinsurance accounts of (retro)cession.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main purpose:

• Ensure all administrative, accounting, and financial operations related to the management of reinsurance portfolios in compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Contact for accounting and financial matters related to reinsurance portfolios of his / her scope

Main tasks:

• In relation with the underwriting team, receive and record contractual data.
• Carry out the monitoring, verification, and accounting of the reinsurance accounts received from cedants in the dedicated IT system, ensuring the consistency and compliance of the information with contractual conditions.
• Produce and transmit the reinsurance accounts of (retro)cession.
• Ensure the management of payments, the financial monitoring of third parties, and the smooth conduct of cash exchanges.

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of insurance / reinsurance concepts and 3-4 years of experience in an insurance / reinsurance technical accounting department
• Proficiency in English both orally and in writing
• Ease of use of computer tools and proficiency in data management in computer systems
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, good communication skills
