Natixis Investment Managers Operating Services is seeking a Tech Lead / Technical Project Manager to guide the Dealing Technology team, overseeing MOE and integration projects in Paris. You will coordinate with architecture, production teams, and vendors to deliver near real-time order processing platforms based on Charles River and market connections.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 in engineering or university; 10 years of developer experience.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, NodeJS, Web API, SOAP, ETL SSIS, GIT.
• Strong finance market knowledge: OMS, FIX, real-time flow; AI integration and cybersecurity awareness.
• Fluent English required; autonomous, rigorous, good communicator.

Responsabilités

• Manage the activity of the Technology team including MOE and tech experts.
• Coordinate with field manager and other teams (architecture, production) and vendors.
• Lead Agile governance, workshops, and daily stand-ups to align with IT practices.
• Contribute to project development, new/legacy applications, and decommissioning.
• Drive AI opportunities for flow optimization and automation; ensure cybersecurity in decisions.
• Maintain and improve tool availability and user satisfaction with security teams.
