TOTAL Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Technical Lead in Paris to drive the technical vision and ensure best practices in the digitization of renewable energies. You will mentor teams and oversee the deployment of platform products.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in engineering or similar, with extensive experience in software engineering, and a strong grasp of cloud computing and DevSecOps principles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in software engineering / DevOps.
• Significant experience with deploying applications to production and working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating complex solutions.
• A first experience as a Tech Lead and/or with industrial data/ops is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Carry the technical vision, provide mentoring, and promote best practices.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
• Evaluate proposed solutions and guarantee sustainability and robustness.
• Orchestrate industrialization with a 'You build it, you run it' approach.
• Ensure operational maintenance of platform products.
• Plan and supervise integration into new standards.
