Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking an experienced leader to join the Pre Trade Pricing Tools team. You will supervise the dev team, redesign pricing application for structured products, and collaborate with international teams.

You will model complex financial products with quants and traders, drive modularisation for scalability, and ensure performance of data flows in a front-to-back system. English required (B2) and hybrid work in Paris.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in development functions.
• Experience in technical leadership.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the development team in the redesign of the pricing application for structured products to triple the volume.
• Participate in modeling complex financial products with quants and traders, ensuring scalability and robustness of the application.
• Supervise the development of new structured products based on termsheets in the application.
• Drive modularisation of the application to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with teams for data flows and operations integration into a front-to-back system and optimize performance.
