Sonepar, a world leader in electrical equipment distribution, is seeking a Tech Lead to guide the Spark platform engineering. You will drive architectural design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

The role requires strong C# / .NET expertise, experience with microservices, and a passion for high-quality, maintainable code in a hybrid Paris-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET; experience with GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design, Event Storming, and API design.

Responsabilités

• Implement architectural design and ensure scalability and performance.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from coding to deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, architects, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
• Address complex technical challenges and deliver timely solutions.
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and API docs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications.
