A tech company is seeking a Tech Lead to lead development teams and deliver enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, C#, and React, along with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure services. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. This is a remote role based in France.

Must-have skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with event‑driven architectures, messaging (Service Bus, Event Grid), and performance tuning.
• Previous client‑facing consulting or professional services experience.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise clients.
