EPAM Systems in Paris is seeking a Delivery Director - Technology to lead large-scale client engagements across France, ensuring delivery of complex programs (>100 FTE). You will own end-to-end delivery, client relationships and commercial performance, while supporting account growth through pre-sales and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering complex technology projects and managing large-scale engagements (100+ FTE).
• Strong background in managing client relationships across IT services engagements.
• Deep understanding of modern distributed architectures including microservices, APIs and event-driven systems.
• Practical experience with AI and GenAI implementations and understanding of integration dependencies and risk.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end delivery from initiation through full life cycle, ensuring adherence to EPAM processes and client expectations.
• Manage client relationships representing delivery at project, program and governance levels.
• Identify and address client issues, mitigate engagement risks and ensure successful execution of client responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, coordinate preparation of proposals and statements of work.
• Oversee multiple activity streams aligned with SDLC and IT service management practices.
• Take accountability for all aspects of delivery including financial management, sourcing, implementation and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure reliable estimates and effective planning.
• Represent the delivery organization in sales and pre-sales engagements contributing to business growth.
