Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader to guide end-to-end delivery of Maintenance & Engineering and Flight Operations products. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, shield technical teams from interference, and ensure timely, compliant communications across programs.

The role emphasizes strong project management, vendor relations, and cross-functional leadership in a technical data environment, with a focus on resilience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Tech Data ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Experience in project management, operations, or account management in a technical environment is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the single point of contact for internal stakeholders, programme managers, and authoring domains.
• Popularise complex technical updates from teams into clear communications for internal Technical Data stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular synchronisations to align expectations and resolve conflicts between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations with external service providers.
• Organise and lead cross-functional workshops or steering committees with internal and external partners.
• Own the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and ensure regular testing and updates.
