Description du poste

Job Description:

The Tech data team is in charge of producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services for our Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft.

The Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader acts as the central nervous system for our teams responsible to deliver Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) and Flight Operations (F.OPS) products.

You will act as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows smoothly, that any unintended consequences of projects are managed, and that external partnerships (with subcontractors & vendors) develop harmoniously. Your aim is to shield the technical teams from 'interference' whilst ensuring they have the information and resources they need to succeed as far as possible.

Your working environment:

Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

How we care for you:

  • Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.

  • Work / Life Balance: Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.

  • Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.

  • Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.

At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges:

1. Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Be the single point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains and other internal key stakeholders.

  • In a crisis situation, you will have to popularise (simplify) complex technical updates from the teams into clear communications to internal Technical Data stakeholders.

  • Facilitate regular synchronisations to align expectations and resolve conflicts between stakeholder needs and team capacity.

  • You will have to report, inside & outside of SIDED; The discrepancies related to what is expected vs deviations that may occur.

2. Project Integration & Impact Analysis

  • Monitor the roadmap of all external projects impacting the teams’ activities.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and \"bottlenecks\" before they reach the publication.

  • Coordinate the implementation of changes coming from upstream projects to ensure minimal disruption to the teams.

3. Subcontractor & Vendor Relations

  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with third-party (vendors (technical data coming from outside Airbus - e.g. engine manufacturers) & subcontractors).

  • Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.

  • Act as the escalation point for any issues involving external service providers.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Streamline the flow of information between the two teams to ensure a unified voice to the outside world.

  • Organize and lead cross-functional workshops or steering committees with internal and external partners.

5. Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Ownership

The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a strategic framework that outlines procedures and safeguards to ensure a company can continue operations and recover quickly from potential threats or disasters.

  • Organisation: A cross departments operational team must be created. This team will devise a plan to manage the disruption.

  • In the case of crisis - Recovery plan: You will keep up-to-date steps to recover critical business functions.

  • Training: You must ensure the operational team is trained and BCP is regularly tested.
