Job summary

AVP in Paris is seeking a Tango Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and content delivery for Tango, the AI-driven voice reporting assistant for radiologists. You will partner with Product Leadership, R&D, Commercial and Clinical teams, gather field insights from radiologists, shape the roadmap, and ensure Tango remains intuitive, high-performing, and essential in daily reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS/Healthtech.
• End-to-End product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• VoC interviews, field visits, and translating feedback into requirements.
• Agile/Scrum experience with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

Your role as Tango Product Manager:

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for our next Tango Product Manager. As the strategic champion of this flagship product, you will own its product vision, roadmap, and content delivery.

Working closely with Product Leadership, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams, your mission will be to gather field insights directly from radiologists, define Tango’s roadmap, and ensure our assistant remains the most intuitive, high-performing, and essential reporting tool on the market.

In details, your mission will consist in:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Strategic Vision: Define short-term and long-term product roadmaps focused on continuous innovation, contributing directly to overall company strategy.

• Backlog & Prioritization: Own the feature backlog and make priority calls on feature implementation.

• Portfolio Trade-Offs: Participate in cross-product priority discussions to align Gateway initiatives with broader product ecosystem goals.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Market Positioning: Perform continuous competitive analysis and evaluate market positioning to refine product strategy.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project activities, driving action items and documentation across the entire lifecycle.

• Development Planning: Own the product development plan, set master project timelines, and track team execution rates.

• Technical Lifecycle Involvement: Participate actively in product requirement definition.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate actions across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Clinical, Commercial) to ensure on-time delivery.

• Release: Lead activities to release the product and communicate it to internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Engagement & Voice of Customer (VoC)

• Voice of Customer (VoC): Systematically collect, synthesize, and disseminate user feedback across internal teams.

• Pilot Site Oversight: Closely track pilot deployments to ensure early adoption success and validate new updates.

• KOL Management: Build and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Sales & Marketing Enablement

• Go-To-Market & Activation: Support sales activation programs for both new and existing product offerings.

• Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to produce collateral, product documentation, sales enablement tools, and training materials.

• Stakeholder Demos: Present product updates and capabilities to potential clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

Required Experience

• 3 to 5+ years in Product Management: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, Healthtech, Medtech, or enterprise software.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Experience taking digital products from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and scaling.

• Customer Discovery & VoC: Hands‑on experience conducting user interviews, field visits, and converting user feedback into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.

• Agile Collaboration: Demonstrated success working daily with cross‑functional engineering, UX/UI, and test teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
