The role
As a Recruiter at INFINIT, you will be responsible for driving primarily, though not limited to, our Sales recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional Sales talent who align with INFINIT values and contribute to our success. This role is a fixed‑term contract for 3‑6 months.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Sales Recruiting Focus: Ensure that our Sales teams are built with top talent by applying best practices in Sales recruitment and staying updated with industry trends and demands.
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active Sales candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Focus on Sales roles mainly Account Executives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, providing timely communication and support.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
- Data Management: Manage candidate data and recruitment metrics to track progress, analyse trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Support Other People Team Tasks: Assist with other tasks and projects within the people team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment. Experience recruiting for Sales roles is mandatory. Experience recruiting within other functions is a bonus.
- Language Skills: French as a native language is a must plus fluency in English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Data‑driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse recruitment data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Tech‑savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with Lever ATS is highly desirable.
