Greenheck Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to execute recruiting strategies and processes across the organization. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates efficiently while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities include ensuring AAP/EEO compliance, sourcing through social and professional networks, managing full life cycle recruiting, and using Workday as the applicant tracking system.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will be responsible for the execution of recruiting strategies and processes to provide qualified candidates for open positions across the organization. You will partner with Human Resources managers and hiring managers to recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates in a timely and cost effective manner while providing a meaningful and positive candidate experience.
Starting base pay range for this position is 69,581–85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Benefits include:

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work.
