• Execute and contribute to the HR Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with group objectives
• Attract, shortlist, select and appoint candidates for mid-level roles and onboard them
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles
• Create and manage recruitment campaigns with target groups and channels
• Conduct interviews, review portfolios, and screen against key criteria
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders on role profiles and briefs
• Develop and implement assessment centers and training for assessors
