A global logistics company in Saint-Denis is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead their recruitment processes and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in HR and at least 7 years of experience. Responsibilities include defining sourcing strategies, managing the recruitment process, and monitoring KPIs. Proficiency in both French and English is crucial. This role is essential for enhancing the company's appeal through employer branding and effective communication.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new employees. Develop a recruitment strategy in line with the company's culture and objectives.

Reporting to the Talent & Engagement Director, your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and Recruitment process
  • Define and implement innovative sourcing strategies (job boards, social networks, headhunting, school/university partnerships) and ensure that job vacancies are advertised on LinkedIn
  • Define the recruitment process with the hiring manager: scoping interview, pay band setting interview with C&B, HR selection interview, interview report and planning of manager interviews
  • Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, selection, interviews) for all of the group's business lines.
  • Communicate the final package to the candidate and request the preparation of the job offer from the Personnel Administration department
  • Follow up with the candidate, from their integration until the end of their probationary period
  • Define and monitor performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment actions KPI EMEA and KPI ISO 9001
  • Lead the recruitment campaign for interns and work‑study students in delegation with the regional HRBP
  • Advise recruiting managers in their search for talent
  • Create the monthly publication of the collection of job offers for internal distribution ‘job forum’
ATS & KPI
  • Write job advertisements in French or English, post them in the ATS and monitor the approval of positions, particularly indirect positions, in coordination with the EMEA region
  • Once the candidate has been approved by the hiring manager, create a pending worker profile in the ATS and pass the baton to the Personnel Administration team
  • Act as the France Talent Acquisition liaison (monthly EMEA region call) and share best practices between countries
  • Train new users and managers in the use of the ATS and best recruitment practices.
  • Ensure its proper use by all users. Participate in the creation of training materials
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of data in the system
  • Monitor KPIs (time to fill, time to hire, etc.)
School relations
  • Work with the Recruitment Director and recruitment managers to define target schools and the schedule for school forums
  • Arrange forum registration procedures, help develop materials (flyers, stands, etc.) and manage the distribution of material
Employeur Branding management
  • Roll out the Group employer brand strategy through communication campaigns (social media, trade fairs, recruitment events, school/university partnerships).
  • Promote the candidate and employee experience to enhance the company's appeal.
Apprenticeship tax management (annual)
  • Monitor and manage the apprenticeship tax in conjunction with school and university partners.
  • Optimise apprenticeship tax investments to support training and attract talent.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting associated with the apprenticeship tax.
Profil

You have a higher education degree in HR and at least 7 years of successful experience in a similar position or in PR0.

You are proficient in sourcing tools, ATS, job boards and professional social networks. You are agile enough to manage several recruitment processes at the same time.

You can assist with interviews and know how to identify the right candidates.

You are proactive, organised and have excellent interpersonal skills.
