Harmattan AI is expanding its People team in Paris to attract and close exceptional talent for technical, operational, and business roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, drive proactive sourcing, and manage end-to-end interview processes to deliver a high-quality candidate experience. A 2–5 year track record in recruiting and familiarity with ATS tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in a high-growth or technical environment.
• Strong sourcing mindset; creative, rigorous, and proactive in outreach.
• Experience managing hiring processes from A to Z, including interviews and offers.
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end hiring process across a range of roles (technical, operational, or business).
• Partner with hiring managers to scope needs, define profiles, and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build top-of-funnel pipelines across markets.
• Manage interview processes with rigor and care, ensuring fast turnarounds and high candidate experience.
• Run structured screening interviews and contribute to candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure seamless logistics at every stage.
• Track key hiring metrics and continuously improve our tools, processes, and outreach tactics.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts through campaigns, job content, and candidate-facing comms.

About the Role

You’ll be part of the People team and work closely with our hiring managers across all departments, from engineering to operations, to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or technical environment

• Strong sourcing mindset, you’re creative, rigorous, and unafraid to reach out

• Experience managing hiring processes from A to Z, including interviews and offer negotiations

• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS is a plus
