Exotrail is seeking a System Industrialisation Expert at our Massy site to support rapid growth. You will join the R&D Team, provide expertise, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to industrialise lab developments into scalable production.

You will review technical documents, lead industrialisation activities, write best practices, define test plans and roadmaps, and represent Exotrail in seminars and forums worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in industrial management, production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in industrialisation of complex systems and subsystems.
• Experience with production of mechanical and electrical systems, integration and testing of complete assemblies.
• Experience with PLM and other industrialisation tools.
• Ability to structure a process from lab to production.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in multi‑team settings; high agility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and approving technical documents with suppliers and customers.
• Leading industrialisation activities for developments done in the lab, or supporting product teams.
• Developing team expertise by writing best practices and design guidelines.
• Defining test plans, validation strategies, and the technological roadmap for industrialisation.
• Identifying and exploring innovative technologies and methodologies.
• Mobilising resources to explore new technologies and methods.
• Representing Exotrail in seminars and forums, promoting the company’s vision and capabilities.
