Exotrail is seeking a Multi-Physics Engineering Team Lead at its Massy site to manage three multidisciplinary simulation teams (Structural, Thermal, CFD) and drive technical excellence across the organisation. You will oversee team priorities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure robust IVV in product development.

The role combines people management with hands-on technical leadership in a complex industrial environment, requiring a strong background in numerical simulation and cross-domain

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Computational Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years experience in numerical simulation.
• Proven experience managing technical engineering teams.
• Experience in a complex industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in either Structural Analysis (FEA); Thermal Simulation; CFD.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Simulation team, including recruiting future team members.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
• Foster technical excellence and collaboration across teams; drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Define team priorities based on project needs and development milestones; ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
