The Systems Engineer will primarily support the sales organization in all technical matters related to pre-sales activities.

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

1. Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
2. Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, and integration.
3. Be conversant with networking applications and solutions.
4. Provide post-sales training and assistance to identified customers.

We Are Looking For:

• 5-8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5-8 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus.
• Strong understanding of protocols and technologies including RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, Firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.

Education:

Relevant technical degrees or certifications are preferred.
