Jobtailor in Marseille is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure reliable operation and security of IT systems, and to provide high-quality user support to clients. You will diagnose issues remotely or on client sites, train users, document procedures, and contribute to service improvements.

A degree in computer science and at least two years’ experience, plus strong communication and teamwork, are preferred.
