Job summary

Kalray seeks a software development intern to help model and simulate processors and hardware peripherals using SystemC/TLM. You will work within the Toolchain team to integrate models into a SystemC-compatible environment and develop C/C++ components for validation.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on testing, with hybrid work and a compensation that varies by study level. The internship is based in Montbonnot (near Grenoble) in the French Alps.

Qualifications

• SystemC and TLM modeling knowledge.
• Modeling and simulation of processor architectures.
• Collaborative software development tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the principles of SystemC and TLM modeling.
• Analyze existing models of processors and hardware peripherals.
• Contribute to adapting and integrating these models into a SystemC-compatible environment.
• Develop the components and interfaces required for this integration in C/C++.
• Set up tests and contribute to the functional and behavioral validation of the models.
• Document technical choices and share your results with the Toolchain team.
