AIRBUS SAS is seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor (non-flying position) to join the Airbus Training Centre at Blagnac. You will instruct airline crews converting to Airbus on operational and technical aspects across defined training devices, delivering stand-up lectures to ensure safe and proficient performance during normal and emergency procedures.

You will adhere to Airbus standard policy, deliver sessions within defined time limits, evaluate progression, and participate in potential course

Qualifications

• Instruct crews using fixed base simulators, classrooms, and training devices.
• Deliver stand-up lectures to ensure proficiency in normal and emergency procedures.
• Evaluate crew progression and determine need for additional sessions.

Responsabilités

• Instruct airline crews using the training devices listed (Fixed Base Simulators, Classrooms, Airbus Pilots Training Devices, Full Flight Simulators).
• Deliver courses or sessions (ETOPS, performance, etc.) when required after indoctrination.
• Participate in course development or standardization instruction as needed.

Job Description:

Airbus Blagnac is looking for a Synthetic Flight Instructor (NON FLYING POSITION) to join the Airbus Training Centre.

You will instruct airline crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using:

• Fixed Base Simulators,
• Classroom,
• Airbus Pilots Training Devices
• Full Flight Simulators

You will give stand-up lectures in order to insure airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency.

You will adhere to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations.

You will instruct the crews within the defined time limits.

You will evaluate the crews’ progression.

You will decide, need be, on the necessity to give any extra session to achieve the level of proficiency.

Task & accountabilities :

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Instruct crews using the above mentioned training devices
• Deliver if required (and after being indoctrinated) others specific courses ( ETOPS, performance..)
• Need be, participate in courses development or in standardization instruction.
