A leading wines and spirits company is seeking a Sustainable Procurement Intern for 6 months in Paris. You will assist in implementing the Sustainable Procurement roadmap, support daily operations, and maintain tools. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's degree, fluent in English, and have strong communication and analytical skills. This role offers a gross salary between €1410 to €1550 per month and additional benefits including training access and company events.

  • Maintain up-to-date Sustainable Procurement tools and user management.
  • Manage the Supplier Performance Process.

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams?Pernod Ricard is looking for a SustainableProcurement Intern for 6 months from January to June 2026.You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will support the SustainableProcurement team in implementing its SustainableProcurement roadmap.

Your key missions:
  • You will support the SustainableProcurement team in day-to-day operations, including suppliers’ due diligence, assessment campaigns with EcoVadis and Sedex for suppliers at risk, and training with Pernod Ricard affiliates.
  • You will participate in the animation of the SustainableProcurement community: updates on SustainableProcurement process output (KPIs evolution, assessments, and audit progress per region…), answer questions from the community…
  • You will maintain up-to-date the Sustainable Procurement tools (EcoVadis, Sedex) user management (access, track inactive users), train newcomers, assist the SustainableProcurement community with any questions related to the use of these tools, periodic activity reports to be shared with the Sustainable Procurement team…
  • You will participate in the management and animation of the Supplier Performance Process: manage the process with the different category teams, issue communication to the procurement community, link with the Sustainable Procurement requirements…

Qualifications:
  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Purchasing/Procurement/ESG or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have good commands of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have knowledge and interest in sustainable development and ESG in procurement.
  • You are autonomous, open-minded, and rigorous.
  • You have great communication, analysis, and synthesis skills.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
