Job summary

Pernod Ricard in Paris is seeking a Sustainability & Responsibility Reporting Intern for 6 months starting in March 2027. Based at the Island, our central Paris office, you will support data preparation and tooling for FY27 ESG reporting including Ecovadis and CDP.

You will gain hands-on experience in data consolidation, KPI development for green financing initiatives, and the visualization of sustainability insights using Power BI and the Office suite.

Qualifications

• Third year engineering school with sustainability / environmental sciences component or equivalent Master's degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Data analytics skills and proficiency with Office suite (Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Sustainability data preparation: support FY27 reporting, including Ecovadis, CDP and other ESG ratings.
• Support consolidation process including consistency and performance assessment, ensuring auditability of full process.
• Support FY26 Sustainability performance indicator preparation per green financing initiative (SLB, SLL…).
• Sustainability tools setting: support data collection tools set-up and testing.
• Sustainability data visualization efforts.
