Pernod Ricard is seeking a Sustainability & Responsibility Reporting Intern for 6 months, starting in March 2027. Based at the Island, our central Paris office, you will support sustainability data preparation and the setup of reporting tools to drive positive change.

You will assist with ESG reporting campaigns (Ecovadis, CDP) and data visualization, require a third-year engineering program or Master’s in sustainability, strong analytics, ESG framework knowledge, and English fluency; Power BI

Qualificações

• Third year engineering school with sustainability / environmental sciences component or equivalent Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
• Data analytics skills and proficiency with Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Fluency in English

Responsabilidades

• Sustainability data preparation for reporting campaigns (Ecovadis, CDP, and other ESG ratings).
• Support consolidation process ensuring auditability of full process.
• Support sustainability data tools setup and data visualization efforts.

The S&R Reporting Intern will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and driving positive change across the organization. The successful candidate will be supporting Sustainability data preparation and analysis as well as tools setting

Key missions

• Sustainability data preparation
  • You will support the preparation of FY27 Sustainability reporting campaign, including Ecovadis, CDP and other key ESG ratings
  • You will support consolidation process including consistency and performance assessment, ensuring auditability of full process
  • You will support FY26 Sustainability performance indicator preparation as per green financing initiative (SLB, SLL…)
• Sustainability tools setting
  • You will support S&R data collection tools set-up and testing
  • You will support S&R data visualization efforts

Qualifications

• Third year engineering school with sustainability / environmental sciences component or equivalent Master's degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.
