Rexel is a global leader in electrical solutions and energy transition. This fixed-term, full-time role centers on coordinating sustainability programs across Rexel Foundation and the Group, with visibility and international exposure.

You will drive training deployment, communications, events, and community animation, partnering with internal teams, countries, associations and customers to turn sustainability into action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sustainability, corporate communication or program management.
• Strong planning, coordination and written/spoken communication.
• Proactive, hands-on, able to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Rexel Foundation actions and sustainability initiatives.
• Deploy training programs and support adoption across Rexel groups.
• Lead internal communications and organize sustainability events.
• Animate the Sustainability Leaders Community across countries.
• Engage stakeholders, build agendas and follow up on decisions.
