Timmins and District Hospital in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking an RN to provide direct surgical nursing care and ensure adherence to nursing standards. The role requires proficiency in medication administration, IV care, and infection control, along with strong written and oral communication in English and French.

Candidates should be capable of working under pressure, lifting and transferring dependent patients, and maintaining patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in medication administration, IV care, and IV administration per TDH policy.
• Must have current Certificate of Competence issued by the Ontario College of Nurses as an RN.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and French.
• Must be able to lift and transfer dependent patients and work under stress.
• COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Ontario health guidance.
