This role involves defining strategies for overall supply chain execution and partnerships with leadership on integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector and have a strong grasp of ERP systems and digital supply chain tools.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-regional projects.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain transformation projects aligned with business objectives
• Define and execute strategies for sourcing, production planning, inventory, and distribution
• Partner with leadership on integration initiatives related to M&A and strategic growth
• Drive digital transformation across ERP systems, automation, and data analytics
• Optimize supplier management, logistics, and overall cost efficiency
• Ensure agility and compliance with customer, market, and regulatory demands
• Maintain and update the Global Supply Chain Process Manual
• Lead cross-functional project teams across procurement, operations, IT, and commercial functions
• Track key KPIs and deliver data‑driven insights to support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering OR related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management ideally in a manufacturing industry
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑regional projects
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, automation, and digital supply chain tools
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
