Airbus Operations SAS seeks a Supplier Performance Manager based in Toulouse to lead operational and contractual performance of suppliers across multiple sites. You will define improvement roadmaps, drive governance, and coordinate cross-site activities to harmonize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional experience in supplier management and maintenance.
• Expertise in PPS problem-solving methodologies and project management.
• Strong negotiation, contractual management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of current regulations related to technical infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Manage the operational and contractual performance of suppliers (KPIs, reviews, escalations, steering committees).
• Coordinate multi-site activities to harmonize processes and share best practices.
• Define and deploy short, medium, and long-term improvement roadmaps for both Airbus and suppliers.
• Lead the Supplier Performance Agents network and the overall supplier governance.
• Drive cross-divisional and transnational infrastructure and maintenance projects.
