Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Supplier Performance Manager to join the Facility Management team. You will oversee supplier performance across five sites, driving improvement roadmaps and governance to ensure safety and compliance while coordinating multi-site activities.

You will lead supplier governance, manage contracts, and coordinate cross-divisional infrastructure and maintenance projects, bringing advanced English and fluent French skills to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in supplier management and maintenance.
• Expertise in problem-solving methodologies (PPS) and project management.
• Strong negotiation, contractual management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of regulations related to technical infrastructures.
• French fluent and English advanced.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational and contractual performance of suppliers (KPIs, reviews, escalations, steering committees).
• Coordinate multi-site activities to harmonize processes and share best practices.
• Define and deploy short, medium, and long-term improvement roadmaps for Airbus and suppliers.
• Lead the Supplier Performance Agents network and supplier governance.
• Drive cross-divisional and transnational infrastructure and maintenance projects.
